Summary
Join Journey Clinical, a healthtech company transforming mental health care, as a team player passionate about psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy. Requirements
- 2 - 5+ years of related work experience in account management, customer success, or sales
- Comfortable with data-driven and results-oriented performance metrics
- Experience working with a CRM tool, Google suite, sales enablement tools such as Calendly, Sales Msg, Admin portal
- Customer-first mindset, deep work ethic and dedication to the highest level of customer care
- You are also comfortable working remotely in a telehealth fast-paced startup environment
- Interest in the field of psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy to transform mental health
Responsibilities
- Serve as a driving force and accountability partner at Journey Clinical for Member Therapists
- Meet Members where they are in their journey with us and ensure they experience the optimal value of their membership
- Be the driving force for Member Therapists to enable their psychedelic-assisted practice activation and deepening engagement in JC services
- Bring feedback and share insights with the team to generate new product ideas and requests
- Work with your direct manager to (i) escalate open questions and concerns (ii) collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous process improvements and deliver a world-class support experience (iii) execute experiments and document knowledge bases/saved responses for better serving patients
- Build and nurture relationships with mental health providers, clinics, and partner organizations
- Ensure seamless onboarding and engagement of therapists
- Confirm completion of critical milestones including, but not limited to: Account Onboarding, KAP Training, Peer & Experiential Learning, referring Patients successfully, and facilitating Patient session scheduling (Prescriber Intake, Prescriber Follow ups, KAP Sessions)
- Utilize data-driven workflows to prioritize time based on usage metrics and other key data points such as client referral and session volume to continuously improve outcomes
- Monitor the Member journey to identify and mitigate potential issues as well as discover opportunities to improve the process to meet key objectives
- Coordinate with tech support, marketing, community, operations and the medical team to ensure Members have all resources necessary to meet their practice goals with Journey Clinical
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA and mental health data standards
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the mental health industry
- Youβre a licensed mental health provider
