Katapult Network is recruiting an entry-level Account Manager to join their team in a high-energy environment. The candidate will identify areas for process improvement, manage client relationships, conduct demo meetings, build trust with prospects, follow the business consulting sales process, and maintain CRM devices. Responsibilities

• Identify areas for process improvement and professionally communicate suggestions to leadership
• Help manage a client base and work with top decision-makers and marketing teams
• Co-manage events and meetings for presentations and to help close deals
• Create and articulate a unique value proposition during in-person meetings
• Conduct demo meetings and presentations to potential customers over the phone and via Skype
• Build trust, rapport, and credibility over the phone with prospects and customers
• Attend monthly networking events, webinars, and trade shows
• Follow business consulting sales process and use social media to reach new marketing objectives
• Build relationships with current and future customers
• Understand the features and benefits of our offering and develop a sales presentation with related sales materials
• Maintain CRM device and documentation as well as related administrative tasks and support
