Join Kinetic as an Account Manager and be the primary point of contact for policyholders, ensuring they maximize the benefits of our wearable technology and risk mitigation services. You will build strong relationships, educate on loss reduction, and collaborate internally to improve workplace safety. This role requires 30-40% travel throughout the Northeast US. You will analyze customer risks, develop mitigation strategies, and collaborate with internal and external partners. You will also identify improvement opportunities and work with various teams to enhance offerings. Requirements
- Must be located in the Northeast US
- Must be able to travel 30-40% of the time
- 2+ years of experience in business operations or customer facing roles
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail, data driven, highly organized, and a quick, curious learner
- Motivated self-starter with problem solving and issue resolution skills
- Ability to think on your feet and thrive in a dynamic, start-up environment
- Can work in a fast paced environment and manage multiple stakeholders at once
- Effectively manage their time to ensure customer requests are handled in timely manner
- Efficiently communicate technical impacts to non technical audience
Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for policyholders, ensuring a seamless experience with Kinetic’s technology and services
- Educate policyholders on the impact of Kinetic’s wearable technology in reducing workplace injuries
- Analyze customers' key risk sources and develop tailored mitigation strategies to improve workplace safety
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business owners, operations leaders, and safety managers
- Collaborate with internal teams, brokers, and external partners to proactively manage and reduce policyholders' total risk profile
- Identify trends and opportunities for improvement, working closely with underwriting, customer success, and engineering teams to enhance our offerings
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual in Spanish / English
- Degree in Workplace Safety
