Requirements
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate complex information to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proven track record in day to day client management, managing multiple accounts concurrently with unwavering attention to detail
- Strong negotiating and leveraging data abilities to showcase performance in a way that aids business outcomes/growth
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to decipher data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
- Ability to build and nurture client relationships while proactively identifying growth opportunities
- 2+ years of digital marketing/affiliate marketing experience with a focus on performance marketing and client relationship management
- Ability to anticipate challenges, identify solutions, and align strategies with business objectives
- Demonstrates initiative, adaptability, and a drive to exceed expectations
- Works cross-functionally and fosters strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Maintains precision in managing campaigns, budgets, and client deliverables
- Ability to present insights persuasively and drive alignment across teams
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow client relationships by executing data-driven performance marketing strategies that exceed customer acquisition goals while ensuring seamless cross-functional collaboration
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring balance between meeting client demands and internal company goals and priorities
- Proactively identify and execute opportunities to scale client accounts, consistently achieving or exceeding profitability targets within the first 6 months
- Own the onboarding experience to decrease time-to-launch by leveraging strong internal coordination across Sales and Operations
- Manage day-to-day execution of campaigns, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and aligned with client KPIs
- Provide daily, weekly, and monthly campaign updates using clear and compelling insights tailored to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Analyze performance data to optimize strategy in real-time, using findings to drive better outcomes across client portfolios
- Showcase strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish, develop, and maintain business relationships
- Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, with a strong understanding of affiliate marketing, user acquisition strategies, and familiarity with tracking platforms / reporting tools (i.e., Everflow, Tune, HasOffers, Looker are a plus)
