Summary
Join MGID, a leading native advertising company, as an Account Manager to influence and expand client relationships. You will work with active clients to grow their business, deal with client requests and troubleshooting, sell to existing clients, reconnect with inactive ones, consult on market trends, coordinate marketing activities, collect client feedback, and analyze campaign data. This role requires 3+ years of experience in AdTech/MarTech, deep knowledge of online advertising, and familiarity with tracking/analytics tools. Proven experience with affiliate clients and partner networks is a strong plus. Fluency in English is required. MGID offers a fun and rewarding work environment.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in AdTech, MarTech
- Deep knowledge and understanding of the online advertising industry, technologies
- Knowledge of tracking/ analytics/ verification tools (e.g. GA4, Adform, Doubleclick, etc.)
- Must be able to multi-task multiple account projects, work well under pressure and excel in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Fluent English
Responsibilities
- Work with active clients to grow their business and improve campaign performance
- Deal with client requests, campaign optimizations, and troubleshooting issues
- Sell to existing clients by upselling and cross-selling new products and solutions
- Reconnect with inactive clients to restart cooperation
- Consult clients on market trends, ad formats, and strategy
- Coordinate marketing activities like bonuses, promos, and feature updates
- Collect and share client feedback for product development
- Analyze campaign data and client performance to meet KPIs
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Native ads or any advertising platform, or similar ad serving solutions is a strong plus
- Proven experience working with affiliate clients and partner networks, including campaign setup, performance optimization, proactive upselling and cross-selling, and crisis management
