Join MindGym as an Account Manager (RVP) and help bring our mission to life by building trusted relationships, sparking high-impact conversations, and helping clients unlock their human advantage. This is a new business, individual contributor role focused on developing new accounts and expanding existing ones across the West Coast. You will connect with senior HR and L&D leaders, crafting insightful proposals that drive real performance change. The role involves managing the full sales cycle, closing deals ranging from $50k to $1M, and helping clients achieve internal consensus for meaningful action. This is not your average sales role; it requires someone energized by possibility, a natural door-opener with curiosity and intelligence to spark meaningful conversations. Requirements
- You’ve sold consultative B2B solutions and thrive in strategic sales conversations
- You’re energised by outbound sales, love opening doors, and enjoy long-term partnerships
- You ask smart questions, listen deeply, and know how to connect dots others miss
- You’re proactive and manage your time like a pro momentum matters to you
- You’re curious about how people work, learn, and lead - and love the idea of changing it for the better
Responsibilities
- Build new relationships and expand existing ones with senior decision-makers
- Generate leads from MindGym’s database and your own network
- Translate business challenges into tailored, behavioural-science-backed solutions
- Own the full sales cycle — from first conversation to signed contract
- Close deals from $50k to $1M, with average cycles of 2 to 12 months
- Help clients gain internal consensus to take meaningful action
