You will develop and manage offline marketing, fundraising, and communications strategies for our clients. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in direct mail communications and fundraising for nonprofits or political organizations, along with proven client management skills. Requirements
- 5 or more years of in-house campaign, nonprofit or agency experience in direct mail communications, fundraising, and marketing for nonprofit or political organizations
- Experience leading cross-functional teams to apply strategic direct marketing principles and being accountable for either the overall success of a program or a large component of a very large program
- Client management experience
- Ability to juggle multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
- Excellent verbal, analytical, written, and presentation skills

Responsibilities
- Lead teams to work with clients to create compelling and targeted direct mail marketing strategies that maximize grassroots fundraising
- Lead the development, implementation and production process for innovative direct mail fundraising campaigns
- Lead cross-functional teams to integrate direct mail campaigns with other fundraising channels such as email, SMS or others
- Create and manage action-oriented reporting to drive strategic decision making
- Support the professional growth of colleagues via training and intentional mentorship
- Maintain client satisfaction, including managing relationships and providing exceptional customer service
- Collaborate in a team to provide clients with strategic direct mail marketing planning, including revenue forecasting and budgeting to ensure account success
- Work with client teams to assist in managing resources and timelines on projects
- Support business development efforts and participate in new business pitches
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with integrated fundraising or direct mail fundraising
