Requirements

• Have an active Property & Casualty license (or ability to obtain within 3 months)
• Possess a strong understanding of insurance products, risk management, and the unique needs of community associations
• Demonstrate excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Be able to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
• Be detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
• Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and have experience with insurance agency management systems

Responsibilities

• Manage and support a book of business focused on community association clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met with exceptional service
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with current clients, identifying opportunities to improve coverage and retention
• Provide expert guidance to clients on insurance policies, coverage options, and risk management strategies
• Collaborate with producers and underwriters to design customized insurance solutions for community associations
• Prepare and deliver proposals, certificates of insurance, and policy renewals
• Handle client inquiries, policy changes, and claims in a timely and professional manner
• Assist clients in navigating the insurance process and understanding their policy details
• Maintain accurate client records in the agency management system
• Stay up to date with changes in insurance regulations and community association trends
• Work to continuously improve client satisfaction and retention through proactive communication and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Have previous experience in commercial insurance and working with community associations
• Have experience working specifically with community associations or condominium associations
• Possess bilingual skills (Spanish, a plus)
• Have prior experience working remotely in an insurance or client-facing role
