Summary

Join the B2B Commercial Team at Nord Security and build and scale global business partnerships. Oversee the development and execution of account success strategies for SMB clients, driving customer retention, expansion, and product adoption. Serve as the lead point of contact for SMB customer account management, building strong relationships and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Manage customer agreements and renewals, monitor the sales pipeline, and report on account status and customer insights. Leverage data-driven strategies and tools like Salesforce, Gong, Looker, and Salesloft to maximize efficiency and impact. Empower organizations worldwide to secure their digital futures.

Requirements

  • B2B account management experience or similar experience in leading customer engagements with positive outcomes (ideally at least 2-3 years of experience, working with international B2B/SMB)
  • Proven ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including managers and C-level executives
  • Experience managing multiple projects and an extensive portfolio of SMB clients while keeping a sharp focus on detail
  • Knowledge of CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Strong business acumen and negotiation skills
  • Excellence in written and verbal English communication skills
  • A data-driven approach to sales and knowledge or experience in key sales/mailing tools

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the development and execution of account success strategies across an extensive, diverse portfolio ofΒ  SMB clients, ensuring alignment with company objectives and best practices
  • Develop and execute tactical plans to drive customer retention, account expansion, and product adoption, leveraging automation, data-driven strategies, and tools (SalesForce, Gong, Looker, Salesloft) to maximize efficiency and impact
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for SMB customer account management matters
  • Build strong relationships with high potential SMB clients with a focus on driving satisfaction, retention, and long-term growth and expansion opportunities
  • Ensure a seamless experience for the customer during product adoption and deployment
  • Work on customer agreements and renewals while managing sales pipeline and at-risk accounts
  • Report to the management on account status and customer insights

Preferred Qualifications

  • Having prior experience in the technology sector with SaaS products
  • Building automated sales processes and communication strategies
