Summary

Join our marketing company as a meticulous and proactive Remote Account Manager to perform a variety of administrative tasks. This role primarily involves generating reports, analyzing marketing data, and creating engaging PowerPoint presentations. The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills, strong spreadsheet formula expertise, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively. You will work 40 hours per week during US business hours with weekly pay. The position requires strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an administrative or account management role
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced spreadsheet formulas
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of CRM such as Salesforce and Hubspot

Responsibilities

  • Generate and maintain comprehensive reports to track performance metrics and project progress
  • Analyze marketing data to provide insights and recommendations for strategy improvements
  • Create engaging PowerPoint presentations that effectively communicate findings and strategies to stakeholders
  • Manage pre-approval submissions to ensure they are sent to the correct manufacturers and dealers
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure items are dispatched to the appropriate dealers for high-profile clients
  • Assist in administrative tasks to support the Account Management team and ensure smooth operations
  • Maintain organized documentation and records related to client accounts and projects

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
