Summary

Join Pepperstone as our Account Manager - LATAM and take the lead in attracting new clients, focusing on boosting conversions for leads and demo accounts within the LATAM market. This dynamic role involves actively reaching out to potential clients, ensuring prompt and engaging communication, guiding them through the application process, and fostering connections with warm leads. You will conduct demos, engage with existing clients, administer KYC, address client inquiries, and translate complex information into easy-to-understand concepts. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within the Forex and CFD or finance industry, amazing relationship-building skills, outstanding customer service abilities, and native Portuguese and strong English communication skills. Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within the Forex and CFD or finance industry
  • Amazing relationship-building skills showcased through a professional phone presence
  • Outstanding customer service abilities
  • Native Portuguese speaker
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Capability to efficiently manage the sales pipeline while meeting various deadlines, including sales KPIs
  • Strong numerical aptitude; comfortable engaging with data and figures

Responsibilities

  • Fostering connections with warm leads, conducting demos, and engaging with existing clients through top-notch communication via calls, emails, and WhatsApp
  • Keeping clients excited about trading markets by regularly sharing insightful market analyses and trade opportunities
  • Administering KYC as a crucial step in welcoming new clients aboard
  • Efficiently addressing client inquiries by leveraging your expertise in our products and platform
  • Exuding a positive, compassionate, and professional demeanor toward all customers
  • Skillfully translating complex information into easy-to-understand concepts, such as trading principles

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with MetaTrader 4/5 and cTrader platforms
  • A Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or a related field
  • Background in financial investments
