Summary
Join Qualio's Customer Success team as an Account Manager to drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling to existing customers. You will manage the full sales cycle, ensuring high-level customer service, and develop relationships focused on expansion. The role requires consultative sales presentations, identifying customer buying processes, and providing accurate sales forecasts. Collaboration with internal teams is crucial for creating a positive customer experience. Requirements
- Background of attaining $1.25M in annual bookings
- 3+ years of sales experience (at least 2 in SaaS)
- Experience leveraging consultative sales methodologies to identify needs, develop tailored solutions, and advance opportunities through structured sales stages with measurable outcomes
- Have proven sales success selling to the C-Level in SMB and mid-market businesses
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and interpersonal abilities
- Analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Ability to lead multiple projects and priorities simultaneously with high attention to detail
- Enthusiastic about learning and growing in this space
- Successful in developing account strategies with existing customers to leverage cross-sell & upsell opportunities
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to drive strategic account growth and deliver customer value
Responsibilities
- Drive a high volume of sales while educating customers on how Qualio can help them succeed
- Manage the full sales cycle, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers with a focus on upselling
- Develop consultative sales presentations to demonstrate our value proposition
- Identify and navigate customer buying processes within customer organizations
- Provide timely and accurate forecasts and clear visibility on sales and revenue performance by actively managing the pipeline of opportunities and weekly sales forecasts
- Coordinate cross functionally with our Marketing, Product, On-boarding, Sales and Customer Success teams to create the best customer experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Salesforce.com and other sales platforms
- Demonstrated experience in achieving individual sales goals and quotas
- Bonus if you have experience in healthcare or life sciences
