Summary

Join QuintoAndar's Marketplace team as a Partner Development Specialist, playing a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and onboarding real estate agencies to expand their nationwide network. You will be responsible for managing the entire partner lifecycle, from initial prospecting and qualification to ongoing support and relationship development. This role requires strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, experience with CRM tools, and a data-driven approach to achieving growth targets. The position offers a hybrid work model in SΓ£o Paulo, with opportunities for remote work. Requirements

  • Prior experience with negotiation and relationship development with external partners
  • Solid knowledge of farming, with the ability to nurture and develop partnerships sustainably over time
  • Mastery of CRM tools (e.g., Hubspot, Salesforce, or equivalents) for pipeline management and contact cadence
  • Excellent oral and written communication, with the ability to influence and engage different partner profiles
  • Analytical and results-oriented profile, focused on goals, performance and acquisition efficiency
  • Autonomy, organization and adaptability to work in a dynamic environment, with high volume and fast pace
  • Collaborative spirit and focus on continuous improvement, in line with other Marketplace fronts

Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect and attract real estate agencies with a profile that adheres to QuintoAndar's Marketplace model
  • Conduct partner qualification and selection processes
  • Map expansion opportunities in strategic regions
  • Work with prospecting and development goals for new partners
  • Feed and manage prospecting funnels in CRM tools, ensuring visibility, predictability and efficiency
  • Execute the onboarding process, ensuring rapid integration, engagement and productivity of new partners
  • Monitor performance indicators, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Conduct action plans and provide consulting support for the development of partners within the QuintoAndar model
  • Apply farming strategies, boosting the productivity of the active base and ensuring quality in the final customer experience
  • Participate in internal and external meetings to contribute to the evolution of the business

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in commercial expansion environments, especially in network or marketplace models
