Summary
Join RebelMouse as an Account Manager and be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive maximum value from our SaaS solutions. Build and maintain strong client relationships, drive user adoption, resolve issues, and identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities. You will set digital strategies for clients, collaborate with engineering and development, and work with cross-functional teams. Monitor client account health, track performance metrics, and provide regular updates. Conduct regular check-ins and quarterly business reviews to ensure satisfaction. Requirements
- +4 years of experience in account management
- Solid experience with customer support (preferably with a SaaS product and web agencies)
- Expertise in high traffic and/or high value website builds
- Working experience collaborating with software engineers and developers
- Ability to handle difficult situations, remaining empathetic and guiding customers to efficient solutions
- Passionate about revenue and achieving business goals for clients
- Ability to take initiative and confidently direct customer interactions
- Confidence, curiosity, self-organization, preference to work in a self-directed way with a high degree of motivation to set and achieve ambitious goals
- Good communication skills not only for clients relations but also ability to articulate complex thoughts and instructions in written form
- Motivated by helping others
Responsibilities
- Drive success for our customers with the RebelMouse platform and help customers achieve their goals
- Set digital strategies for your assigned customers, considering their specific requirements and articulate their needs in collaboration with the engineering and development team
- Collaborate with your team daily over asynchronous channels like email and Gchat, and weekly over live video syncs
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, handling their inquiries and resolving any issues that arise
- Ensure successful product adoption by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Customer Success, Operations & Service Delivery) to deliver exceptional client experiences
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional services and solutions
- Monitor client account health, track performance metrics, and address potential risks of churn
- Provide regular updates to clients about new features, product improvements, and service offerings
- Conduct regular check-ins and quarterly business reviews with clients to ensure satisfaction and product fit
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, Social Media & Strategy, Website best practices
- Experience with Jira (or other similar Product Management Software)
- Working experience in startup and/or ability to thrive in fast-moving work environments
