Summary
Join Rethink, a leading provider of online research-based resources for individuals with developmental disabilities, as an Account Manager! This role focuses on upselling and cross-selling to behavioral health practices using our behavioral health platform. You will identify opportunities to expand customer accounts, working with the Customer Success teams. The ideal candidate possesses experience in ABA practices and sales, and is comfortable with new technologies. You will lead the development and execution of sales plans, manage multiple deals, collaborate with various teams, and represent the firm at industry events. This is a remote position with opportunities available in select states.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, education or related field
- Experience is ABA/autism/special education
- Experience in account management or sales (ideally up-selling and cross-selling to ABA practices)
- Must be comfortable working with technology and fluent in Microsoft Office
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer relationship management skills
- Ability to position Rethink solutions and communicate key messages to practice owners and key decision makers
- Self-motivated individual who thrives on doing a job well and has the initiative and drive to excel
- Ability to effectively prioritize, organize, and perform a variety of concurrent tasks
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint applications
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of an upsell/cross-sell plan by strategically identifying target organizations and build out a pipeline across all Rethink Behavioral Health customer segments
- Lead the full cycle upsell/cross-sell process from initial target identification, outreach, product demonstrations & education, and contracting
- Simultaneously and effectively manage multiple deals and client engagements, and maintain real-time and accurate sales activity tracking & reporting
- Actively work together with marketing and other parts of the organization in refining product positioning while also translating customer feedback to optimize product deliverables and features
- Effectively leverage cross-functional resources and subject matter experts within the organization, knowing when to bring the VP of customer success, clinical leadership or technical expertise into deal discussions
- Partner with product & engineering teams to execute go-to-market plans for new products & marketplace solutions
- Assist customer success managers in achieving retention goals by joining customers calls as a subject matter expert to provide product training & best practice coaching
- Attend and represent the firm in major tradeshows and industry exhibitions and leverage such opportunities to identify and source potential new clients
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with a SaaS (software) company
- Experience using Salesforce.com
