Summary
Join Skedda, a leading global booking management platform, as an Account Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with premium customers. You will be the primary point of contact for your assigned accounts, developing new business and identifying sales opportunities. This role involves collaborating with internal teams to enhance the customer experience, preparing account status reports, and handling challenging client requests. The position requires a minimum of two years of experience in account management and strong communication skills. Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role
- Demonstrable ability to communicate and present to customers
- Solid experience with CRM software (Hubspot preferred) and MS Office
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field
Responsibilities
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
- Setting up account review calls with clients and creating account renewal quotes
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Prepare reports on account status
- Identify and grow opportunities within territory
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
