Summary

Join StackAdapt, a leading self-serve advertising platform, as an Account Manager in Spain. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring campaign success, and maximizing revenue opportunities. This role requires fluency in English and Spanish, programmatic advertising expertise, and experience with Google Ads and Facebook Ads. You will be the primary point of contact for your clients, providing strategic solutions and optimizations to meet their KPIs. StackAdapt is a remote-first company, offering opportunities for travel within Spain to meet clients.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English (professional) and Spanish (native)
  • Real Time Bidding/programmatic expertise (DSP, Ad Network)
  • Experience running Google Ads, Facebook Ads or executed through a DSP as a self-serve user
  • Proven success in managing client relationships and assisting in growing revenue
  • The ability to grasp and communicate technical concepts and platform-based knowledge
  • Comfortable to travel frequently to client meetings within their region

Responsibilities

  • Act as main point of contact for your portfolio of clients, supporting managed and self-serve users, understanding their goals and resolving any issues
  • Ensure client campaigns are successful by communicating with client on their business/campaign goals, providing strategic solutions/recommendations and optimizations to meet identified KPIs
  • Set up/traffic advertising campaigns on StackAdapt Advertising DSP, including third party tag implementation and pixel creation/troubleshooting
  • Ensure daily, weekly and monthly reporting to clients
  • Participate in the identification of any potential opportunities to improve services such as the development of tools, procedures and reports aimed to increase efficiency within the department
  • In-person and virtual meetings, presentations, Quarterly Business Reviews and training/education
