Summary

The Sales Factory is hiring an Account Manager who will engage with clients, create data-driven reports, increase business with existing clients, and work closely with leadership. The ideal candidate has experience as an Account Manager or Customer Success Manager in a B2B company or SaaS startup, excellent communication skills, and a university degree in a relevant field.

Requirements

  • Experience as an Account Manager, Account Executive or Customer Success Manager in a B2B company and/or SaaS start-up
  • High energy, confident and comfortable with speaking to clients in-person/over the phone
  • History of exceeding client expectations by understanding client ROI, spotting opportunities for new solutions, retaining clients and driving organic growth
  • Ability to think and act independently within a fast-paced multi-task driving environment
  • University degree in a relevant field is required (Commerce, Finance, or Business Administration)
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills (Written and Verbal)

Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients on a week to week basis showcasing activity and result metrics
  • Create data-driven KPI reports for SaaS, Marketing, and MSP clients
  • Increase footprint with existing clients, discovering and maturing opportunities to grow TSF’s business and drive revenue
  • Work closely with leadership to ensure each account is given the correct care and attention

Preferred Qualifications

  • You enjoy using insights and data-driven decisions in the sales process
  • Strong track record of meeting sales objectives such as quota and productivity requirements
  • Comprehensive experience using Salesforce, Hubspot, Outreach, SalesLoft, Apollo and other sales tools
  • Experience selling to a technical audience, ideally technical decision-makers
