Summary

The Key Account Manager at Tillster is responsible for managing a portfolio of high-value accounts, acting as the primary point of contact between clients’ upper management and Tillster, promoting products and services, and developing strategic relationships. The role requires experience in key account management, project planning/project management, and familiarity with technical tools used to manage client relationships.

Requirements

  • Experience communicating with executive-level management within client organizations
  • Key account management experience and a track record of product, territory and transaction expansion within that account
  • Experience in project planning/project management
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business Studies or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years plus experience in sales and/or account management
  • Understanding of technical tools used to manage client relationships

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of high-value accounts
  • Act as primary point of contact between client’s upper management and Tillster
  • Promote Tillster products and services
  • Develop strategic relationships with client’s upper management
  • Maximize client's knowledge of Tillster products and services
  • Manage all details of the relationship, including referrals to sister brands or markets
  • Measure performance against two primary criteria: 1) client satisfaction and account retention 2) revenue and profit growth within the account
  • Develop and manage an annual account plan for each account
