  • 2+ years of Account Management or Sales experience in the media/advertising industry

  • Emotional Intelligence: High EQ, empathy, and active listening skills to better serve clients

Responsibilities

  • Client Relationships: Be the face of TLDR for our clients, leading post-sale engagement and building trust
  • Campaign Oversight: Manage accounts from onboarding through campaign completion, aligning with client goals and maintaining a seamless, high-quality experience
  • Client Advocacy: Act as the voice of our clients within TLDR, bringing valuable insights that help refine our services
  • Project Management: Work closely with our creative team to ensure ad content aligns with client goals and TLDR standards
  • Upselling and Growth: Identify upselling opportunities by highlighting additional value through TLDR’s unique advertising options
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work alongside sales, ops, and creative teams to resolve client issues swiftly and maximize satisfaction
  • Performance Analysis: Regularly assess and report on campaign performance, keeping clients informed and setting up future opportunities
  • Industry Expertise: Stay up-to-date with trends and best practices to provide clients with forward-thinking advice and keep TLDR competitive
