Summary
Join Wishpond Technologies as a Digital Marketing Account Manager in this fully remote position, based anywhere globally. You will work with a team servicing US and Canadian clients, acting as both a digital marketer and account manager. Responsibilities include planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, building client relationships, and reporting key performance indicators. This role requires at least 3 years of experience in digital marketing and account management, along with proficiency in various digital marketing tools. Requirements
- Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing and account management
- Possess a degree or diploma that contributes to the organization or role
- Have experience in client and project management, with marketing agencies or multiple projects simultaneously
- Possess solid digital marketing and email marketing knowledge. Have required experience with Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics, and other PPC platforms
- Be self-motivated with the ability to establish and maintain solid relationships through a client-first mentality
- As part of a diverse team, have the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Be technical, analytical, results-driven and have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Be organized, administratively strong, and have solid writing, phone, and general communication skills
- Be fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Be willing to participate in ongoing education and training for the role
Responsibilities
- Plan, review, and monitor digital marketing campaigns (Paid Advertising, Email Marketing, and more) to increase revenue, brand awareness, or lead generation on behalf of clients
- Coordinate work between the Design, Copywriting, SEO, and Ads teams to implement successful marketing campaigns
- Work closely with Sales and Account Directors, setting the right expectations for clients
- Communicate on time with clients providing them with feedback and results
- Understand clientβs business goals, anticipating their needs, and turning data into compelling stories and actionable insights to help them succeed
- Track, analyze, and report key performance indicators and business trends internally and to clients
- Oversee scheduled tasks related to ongoing campaigns, create and present reports, meet deadlines and milestones for clients
- Identify opportunities with existing clients to generate sales including upselling and cross-selling
- Monitor the clientβs budget for services and PPC campaigns, explaining costs and strategy behind the decisions made
- Perform other duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
- Have knowledge of basic CSS, HTML, and JS
- Have experience with Google Tag Manager
- Have experience with other marketing automation platforms
- Have knowledge of CRM platforms
- Have experience with landing page platforms
- Have experience with email marketing platforms
- Have knowledge of a second language
