Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Strong interest in project management, client relations, or marketing
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks
Responsibilities
- Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables
- Help develop project timelines, budgets, and resource plans under the supervision of the Account Manager
- Track project progress, ensuring that deliverables are completed on time
- Help identify and address any project-related issues or risks
- Support in organizing team meetings and ensure effective communication between team members
- Help monitor project tasks and assist in resource allocation
- Provide administrative support to team members to ensure smooth project execution
- Assist in communicating project updates to stakeholders, ensuring they are informed of project status and any issues
- Help maintain positive relationships with clients and other key stakeholders
- Assist in managing client expectations and addressing any concerns that arise
- Provide general administrative support to the Account Manager and project teams
- Perform research and gather data to help inform project decisions
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas to enhance project delivery
- Support file organization and drive storage upkeep
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, ClickUp) is a plus
- A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced, remote work environment
