Summary

Join Swile's growing Sales Mid-Market team in the Southwest region of France as an Account Manager! You will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of clients, developing sales strategies, and presenting Swile's products. This role requires strong sales skills, knowledge of the local economic landscape, and experience with CSE/Union clients. You will be expected to meet sales targets and build strong client relationships. The position involves significant travel within the Southwest region.   • Manage and develop a client portfolio

Responsibilities

  • Analyze your sector and implement a development and cross-selling strategy
  • Manage your account portfolio: schedule follow-up appointments and respond to client requests
  • Present and demonstrate products: Make product presentations to highlight features and benefits
  • Negotiate and close contracts: Conduct negotiations and conclude sales, ensuring mutual benefit for Swile and the client
  • Promote new offerings to equip clients with a maximum of our solutions
  • Sell and monitor the technical deployment of our solutions in collaboration with the Onboarding team
  • Actively participate in events, CSE trade shows, lunches, etc. to energize your network
  • Be proactive in suggesting improvements to the account manager's role
  • Ensure competitive monitoring in your region and master its competitive environment
  • Manage your activity and implement necessary corrective actions
  • Work in pairs with your Sales/AM Mid-Market teammates in your region
  • Manage your Long-Term Customer Relationship: Build and maintain trusting relationships with clients
