Requirements
- 5+ years of successful B2B SaaS sales experience, with direct experience selling to clients in equity management, private equity, venture capital, finance, or corporate legal markets
- Strong understanding of corporate governance, entity management, or compliance-driven solutions
- Proven ability to sell complex SaaS solutions to mid-market and enterprise clients, including navigating multi-stakeholder sales cycles and managing procurement, contract terms, and RFP processes
- Proficient with modern sales tools such as HubSpot, SalesLoft, Gong, and Sales Navigator
- Skilled in executive-level conversations, negotiations, account planning, and sales forecasting
- Self-starter with a proactive, strategic approach to prospecting and pipeline development
- Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment while partnering effectively with cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing, Product, Customer Success)
Responsibilities
- Ability to run executive discovery meetings and uncover personal and organizational pain
- Full-cycle responsibility across the sales process from discovery to customer
- Comfort with uncovering MEDDICC early in an evaluation
- Provide accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasts to sales leadership
- Meet and exceed all assigned goals relating to the new bookings quota and growth targets
- Be a team player who enjoys collaborating, sharing, and building best practices with other team members
- Eloquently articulate the cost of not taking action as well as competitive differentiation
- Run early stage product demonstrations and accurate scope requirements in advance of more complex Solution Consultant demonstrations
