Summary

Requirements

  • You have 1+ years of experience as an account manager in a seat-based SAAS organization and 3-5 years of experience selling SAAS
  • You understand human behavior and develop targeted strategies with this in mind. You enjoy creating delight and moments of pleasant surprise
  • You're able to distill complexity into clear and concise messaging. You’re effective across various mediums and are excellent at working in a remote-first environment
  • You place a high value on building strong relationships internally and externally

Responsibilities

  • Own the relationships a book of business of 100+ mid-market accounts
  • Create a comprehensive and strategic account plan for each fiscal quarter
  • Forecast your monthly, quarterly, and annual sales attainment accurately
  • Exceed sales quota
  • Help customers achieve their strategic goals by: uncovering customer pain points
  • Help customers achieve their strategic goals by: mapping custom solutions to alleviate their pains
  • Help customers achieve their strategic goals by: teaching industry insights & email productivity best practices
  • Help customers achieve their strategic goals by: communicating ROI
  • Help customers achieve their strategic goals by: multithreading across the key influencers and decision-makers
  • Help customers achieve their strategic goals by: closing annual and multi-year deals
  • Partner closely with Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to: conduct consistent value reviews with customers
  • Partner closely with Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to: identify potential areas of expansion in key accounts
  • Partner closely with Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to: get Superhuman in the hands of key personas at target accounts
  • Partner closely with Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to: drive activation and engagement
  • Develop deep customer insights and competitive knowledge to ensure Superhuman provides remarkable quality and creates delight during every step of the customer journey
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the Superhuman product and the productivity industry to drive customer engagement and meet your customer’s business objectives; keep a pulse on customer trends and act as the voice of the customer to inform our product and marketing teams
  • Nurture customer decision-maker relationships and become a trusted advisor
  • Be intellectually curious, creative, collaborative, team-oriented, honest, and seek to improve by 1%+ every day with a growth mindset
