Summary

Join Revit, a rapidly growing company within the Belkins Group, as an Account Manager & SDR. You will manage 4–5 projects concurrently, serving as the primary point of contact and ensuring smooth operations. Responsibilities include overseeing campaign launches, managing client communications, guiding the Research Team, and handling a high volume of contact imports. You will play a key role in shaping campaign strategies, generating reports, and maintaining accurate data. This role requires fluency in English and Ukrainian, 3+ years of lead generation experience, and at least one year of direct client management experience. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments and has experience leading projects and teams.

Requirements

  • Speak English fluently (B2/C1 level) and have Native Ukrainian - clear communication is your superpower
  • Bring at least 3 years of hands-on experience in Lead Generation - launching campaigns, crafting killer templates, booking appointments, and experimenting with different ICPs and tactics is second nature to you
  • Have spent at least a year working directly with clients - managing day-to-day conversations, execution, and strategy like a pro
  • Thrive in fast-paced, ever-changing environments (think startup vibes) - you stay organized, disciplined, and ready to step up as a leader when things get busy
  • Have led projects and teams - coordinating people across different tasks and keeping everyone on track to deliver results
  • Know what it’s like to tackle tough campaigns in competitive industries—when KPIs are low, you dig deeper, think critically, and uncover fresh insights to fine-tune your approach

Responsibilities

  • Be the go-to person. You’ll take charge of 4–5 projects at a time, serving as the main point of contact and keeping everything running smoothly
  • Juggle multiple campaigns. Each month, you’ll oversee 3–4 campaign launches per project - so your knack for crafting compelling copy and building templates will really shine
  • Keep everyone in the loop. You’ll handle client communications, from leading weekly calls to sending out clear email recaps and sharing updates with your team
  • Lead your crew. You’ll guide the Research Team and 4–5 teammates on your projects, making sure tasks are completed efficiently and on time
  • Manage big numbers. With 2,000–3,000 contact imports per project each month, you’ll keep your eye on the goal: booking 5 appointments per project—and you’ll be a pro at handling multiple mailboxes and responses
  • Shape strategy. You’ll brainstorm new campaign ideas, refine tactics, and work with the team to keep every project on track and on schedule
  • Stay on top of the details. From generating weekly reports to updating the CRM and spreadsheets, you’ll make sure all the data is accurate and every tool is put to good use
