Summary
Addepar is a global technology and data company that helps investment professionals make informed decisions. The Account Management team at Addepar is seeking an experienced individual to manage and lead client relationships and drive revenue growth. The role involves managing ongoing renewals and upsell opportunities, building relationships with C-suite executives, and working cross-functionally to drive business outcomes.
Requirements
- 5 - 8 years of account management experience
- Track record of meeting and exceeding goals
- Excellent relationship-building skills, with strong executive presence, confidence, and a high EQ
- Ability to successfully navigate all levels of client organizations
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- Ability to influence internal and external decision-makers and get results
- Strong time management and prioritization skills
Responsibilities
- Successfully manage and lead multiple ongoing client renewals and upsell opportunities
- Comfortable overseeing a book of business across a wide range of clients including Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs), Family Offices, Banks, and Institutions
- Act as relationship owner and escalation point, building meaningful relationships with the C-suite to drive business outcomes
- Work cross-functionally to drive revenue growth across a portfolio of clients for Addepar products
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in Financial Services or Fintech/Software
