Summary

Join Trendyol Express, a fast-growing e-commerce company with a focus on technology and positive impact. As a Seller Management specialist, you will analyze seller performance, develop strategies to improve KPIs, manage call center activities, and follow feedback and needs of sellers.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree from related departments of universities
• Have a minimum of 2 years of experience (e-commerce experience, seller management platform knowledge is a plus)
• Excellent command of MS Office applications (especially excel knowledge)

Responsibilities

• Responsible for seller management and KPI targets
• Analyzing seller operation performance and developing seller loyalty and retention journey strategies
• Analyzing main KPIs and metrics to seller improvement & engagement
• Regularly follow seller feedback and needs and create action plans
• Controlling and improving the performance of team members

Preferred Qualifications

• Learning and results-oriented, analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Good team player with strong communication skills
• Fluent in English (both written & verbal)
