You will be responsible for developing and implementing account strategies, managing complex sales cycles, and exceeding revenue targets. This role requires 3+ years of experience in sales, account management, and consulting, along with proven success in exceeding sales quotas and experience with Life Science Software Solutions. Requirements

  • 3+ years combined experience across sales, account management, and consulting services
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas
  • Enterprise Sales experience with Life Science Software Solutions
  • Strategic account planning and execution skills
  • Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and presentations skills
  • Ability to work with a wide range of customers from end users to C-level
  • Must be highly self-motivated and able to work with little direct supervision
  • A passion for solving customer business problems
  • Must have a team-first mentality
  • Business-level fluency in English and French

Responsibilities

  • Manage and extend relationships with key stakeholders across Business, IT, and C-level
  • Hold accountability for developing and implementing account vision, strategy, and ways of working
  • Serve as the custodian for your customers within Veeva by focusing on their needs and doing the right thing for them
  • Manage complex sales cycles, utilizing internal and external resources as appropriate
  • Keep current with industry trends and engage customers in addressing their business challenges
  • Act with urgency, integrity, and a focus on the customer
  • Meet/Exceed pipeline generation and revenue targets

Preferred Qualifications

  • Understanding of R&D software solutions, particularly Quality, RIM, Safety and Clinical
  • Experience working with CDMOs or Generic organizations
  • Understanding of the business model of CDMOs and Generics
