Summary

Join Inductive Automation as an Account Services Representative (ASR) and support the Sales Team in achieving their goals. Requirements

  • 1-2 years experience in a sales or customer service role
  • Experience with a sales CRM software i.e. Salesforce, Hubspot, Freshsales, etc
  • Excellent communication skills via the phone, email and face to face
  • Demonstrated proficiency in MS Word/Excel and email platforms i.e. Gmail
  • Self-starter and able to maintain strong self-motivation
  • Highly organized and strong attention to detail
  • Able to multi-task and juggle projects for multiple team members, while staying focused and completing goals by their deadlines
  • Positive outlook with strong professional etiquette

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service in a fast paced, high volume setting
  • Promptly respond to customer requests and inquiries, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Daily outreach to customers via phone calls and emails
  • Gather information for customers regarding licensing and use of Ignition
  • Schedule meetings and demos for customers, and occasionally attend meetings and making follow up calls as needed
  • Document all interactions between themselves and customers in CRM
  • Construct and edit quotes
  • Quote pipeline maintenance, ensuring expired quotes are followed up on
  • Create spreadsheets and documenting notes and licenses and location
  • Maintain data integrity in CRM, keeping account and contact information up to date and accurate

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration or Communications
  • Strong Excel skills
