Account Services Representative

Summary

Join Inductive Automation as an Account Services Representative (ASR) and support the Sales Team in achieving their goals. You will provide excellent customer service, respond to customer inquiries, and facilitate the sales process. Responsibilities include gathering customer information, scheduling meetings, documenting interactions, creating quotes and invoices, and maintaining data integrity in the CRM. This full-time position offers a hybrid work model with on-site opportunities. The target salary is $55,000 annually, with hourly pay and bonus eligibility. Requirements

• 1-2 years experience in a sales or customer service role
• Experience with a sales CRM software i.e. Salesforce, Hubspot, Freshsales, etc
• Excellent communication skills via the phone, email and face to face
• Demonstrated proficiency in MS Word/Excel and email platforms i.e. Gmail
• Self-starter and able to maintain strong self-motivation
• Highly organized and strong attention to detail
• Able to multi-task and juggle projects for multiple team members, while staying focused and completing goals by their deadlines
• Positive outlook with strong professional etiquette

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service in a fast paced, high volume setting
• Promptly respond to customer requests and inquiries, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
• Daily outreach to customers via phone calls and emails
• Gather information for customers regarding licensing and use of Ignition
• Schedule meetings and demos for customers, and occasionally attend meetings and making follow up calls as needed
• Document all interactions between themselves and customers in CRM
• Construct and edit quotes
• Quote pipeline maintenance, ensuring expired quotes are followed up on
• Create spreadsheets and documenting notes and licenses and location
• Maintain data integrity in CRM, keeping account and contact information up to date and accurate

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration or Communications
• Strong Excel skills
