Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role
- Minimum of 3-5 years of Customer Facing Roles, preferred Account Management experience
- Familiarity with CRM & ERP system
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Familiarity with Google Suite, including Sheets, Docs, and Drive
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and provide creative solutions for complex customer challenges
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Coordinate receiving, entering, and recording both sample and sales orders
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at customer sites, acting as the main point of contact for all account-related matters
- Provide timely and effective support for any product or application-related issues and escalate issues when necessary
- Work closely with technical, sales, and R&D teams to stay informed about new product developments and facilitate knowledge transfer to customers, along with ensuring alignment on customer requirements and resolving any technical or operational issues
- Lead new customer onboarding processes to ensure a smooth integration of products into customers' operations
- Monitor customer usage, performance metrics, and satisfaction levels to identify trends and proactively address potential issues
- Work with the marketing team to develop customer success stories, case studies, and other collateral that highlight the impact of Lygosβ products
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficient with Google Suite, including Sheets, Docs, and Drive
- Inventory management experience
- Experience in technical training or product onboarding in a B2B environment
- Familiarity with regulatory and safety compliance requirements specific to the specialty chemical industry
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with data visualization tools
