Summary

Join our team as a Customer Service Representative and provide exceptional service to our e-commerce customers and sales support. This dynamic, fast-paced, and results-oriented role involves managing customer inquiries, supporting brand managers, and building customer relationships. You will be responsible for product knowledge, liaising with sales coordinators, managing product information, and assisting with content creation. This is a permanent, full-time, remote position with a Monday-Friday schedule. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales support, e-commerce platforms (Shopify preferred), and ERP software.

Requirements

  • Have at least 1-3 years of relevant experience
  • Have experience in a Sales Support/Administration role or similar
  • Possess beginner to intermediate Excel skills
  • Be reliable and honest
  • Have good English communication skills
  • Have a proven ability to manage time effectively, by planning and setting priorities
  • Be motivated and driven to succeed
  • Have strong communication skills with the ability to provide clear and concise information to colleagues and customers
  • Have proven customer service ability to achieve the company goal of offering the highest level of service in the industry
  • Demonstrate a proactive approach to problem solving and decision making
  • Have a proven ability to keep accurate records and have excellent attention to detail
  • Have the ability to meet deadlines and work accurately under pressure
  • Have your own equipment

Responsibilities

  • Manage all customer service inquiries for e-commerce customers, including organizing returns and refunds for e-commerce orders as well as exchanges
  • Support the Brand Managers with sales-related tasks
  • Develop & maintain relationships with existing and new customers
  • Provide excellent product knowledge and support to external stakeholders
  • Liaise with sales coordinator for wholesale boutique returns
  • Manage product information in the inventory management system - cin7
  • Assist with content creation and social media posts
  • Assist E-commerce coordinator with creating product copies and upload to Shopify
  • Make monthly calls to all boutique customers (both AU and US)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Have experience in Shopify
  • Have experience in some sort of ERP or accounting software (Cin7 Fashion Software highly desired but not essential)
