Summary

Join Great Minds as a Sales Executive and manage a sales territory, working with prospective and existing customers to craft comprehensive solutions using Great Minds curricula and services. Develop strategic territory plans, build relationships with key stakeholders, and manage the entire sales cycle. Collaborate with internal teams and achieve territory goals. This role offers significant growth opportunities and exposure to various teams within the company. The position is remote, based in Arizona, and requires travel. Requirements

  • 2+ years of quota-bearing enterprise sales experience preferably in the education market
  • Working knowledge of CRM systems like Salesforce
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized and able to manage in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
  • High Drive
  • Bachelor's Degree in Education, Business, Marketing or Liberal Arts

Responsibilities

  • Create strategic plans for the territory that identify and develop sales opportunities
  • Develop positive, influential relationships with key stakeholders (Curriculum Directors, Coaches, Principals and Superintendents) across territory
  • Manage territory holistically with ownership over the entire sales cycle from qualifying leads through close
  • Take leading role with Account Managers and Renewal Account Managers to achieve territory goals
  • Create strong internal cross-company relationships with Product, Success, Marketing and Business Operations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with consultative selling
  • Classroom teaching and K-12 Leadership and or District Level Leadership Experience

  • Base salary range: $79,000-$89,000
