Summary

Join Rithumโ„ข as a Digital Marketing Account Strategy Manager to develop and execute digital marketing strategies for clients, with a focus on Amazon Advertising and Google Advertising. The role involves creating strategic plans, developing client relationships, and collaborating with other teams to achieve financial success, client retention, and adoption of new features.

Requirements

  • Prior expertise working in a technical, client facing role
  • Experience in e-commerce with a focus on digital marketing
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, team environment with the ability to leverage data to make important decisions
  • Experience working in high-pressure situations with demonstrated effectiveness in managing client dispute and risk situations
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills and outstanding presentation abilities
  • Proven experience working on a large team and can work collaboratively and individually

Responsibilities

  • Understanding the clientโ€™s goal and developing a strategic plan to drive results to achieve those goals
  • Create and execute Amazon Advertising and Google Advertising strategies, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, Google Ads, and Google Shopping
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, serving as the primary point of contact for all Amazon Advertising, Google Advertising and other paid advertising activities
  • Lead client calls to discuss industry updates / trends, update client on project statuses, and review program performance relative to client goals
  • Learn and use the power of the Rithum platform to efficiently meet the clientโ€™s technical needs
  • Utilize third party platforms effectively (such as Skai, Google, Microsoft) to analyze, improve and manage performance of campaigns for customers
