Summary
Join a dynamic digital marketing agency as an Account Manager to manage client portfolios, develop marketing strategies, and contribute to the growth of diverse businesses. This is a remote opportunity with flexible hours.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a client-facing account management role
- Proficiency in Notion, ClickUp, Slack, Google Suite (Sheets, Slides, Docs, Drive), Shopify, and Google Analytics (reporting)
- Familiarity with all Ad Platforms (reporting)
- Proven experience in Shopify
- Strong client-facing experience with exceptional communication skills
- Outstanding organizational skills and project management ability
- Ability to handle client scheduling, project intake, onboarding, and other client interactions efficiently
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for e-commerce clients
- Foster strong, lasting relationships with clients and ensure frequent communication
- Support our tailored digital strategies for clients, considering their unique needs
- Propose, design, and execute digital projects to boost client ROI
- Address client inquiries promptly and effectively
- Present and implement social media strategies
- Monitor and report on web and marketing performance metrics
- Analyze the success of digital campaigns
- Stay abreast of the latest trends in digital technology
- Schedule calls, manage task completion by experts, support deck completion and accuracy, send recap emails, status check on reporting documents, support onboarding new clients, and support onboarding new services for active clients
