Lead a team in executing innovative, multicultural influencer campaigns for entertainment, gaming, and consumer brands. You will oversee managers, plan and implement campaigns, and build relationships with clients and influencers. This is a 100% remote, work-from-home role based anywhere in Mexico, requiring strong English communication skills. Requirements
- 4+ years of experience working on influencer campaigns within the entertainment and gaming industry
- Demonstrated expertise leveraging existing and emerging social media platforms to deliver successful influencer campaigns with measurable results
- Knowledge of influencer pricing tiers with experience in contracting and negotiating rates and deliverables
- Experience managing a team - we seek a proven leader that knows how to inspire a team and solve emerging problems
- Reliable, self-sufficient, and detail-oriented with a strong ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to collaborate and work as part of a team
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively communicate in English (both verbally and in writing)
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of influencer managers and senior managers working on various brand campaigns, providing support as needed and helping them grow within the agency
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture, ensuring alignment with agency goals and industry best practices
- Build meaningful relationships with day-to-day clients, partnering with them to understand and identify their business issues, strategies, initiatives, priorities, and expectations
- Effectively present campaign strategies, performance insights, and recommendations to both internal teams and external stakeholders
- Provide quality assurance on all phases of the campaign, from influencer selection to content creation to a comprehensive wrap report that includes insights and analysis
- Track and evaluate campaign performance metrics, using data-driven insights to optimize future influencer strategies
- Support agency strategists and the Influencer Director as needed on RFPs, pitches, and concept ideation
- Keep abreast of what and who is trending on social media
- Have a strong POV on what social-first content formats will drive engagement
- Identify new influencer partnership opportunities and emerging platforms
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of the video game industry/community and streaming platforms is a plus
- Availability to work between 9am and 6pm EST preferred. Some weekend and holiday support should be expected
