Accountant

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years working experience in financial or professional environment
• Good understanding of accounting concepts and standards
• Efficient and clear communication both verbal and written
• Good team collaboration but can also work independently
• Excellent eye for detail
• University qualification in Accounting or Finance
• CPA qualified or part qualified, or keen to pursue
• Proficient in Goggle and Microsoft applications such as Google Sheets, Google Docs, Gmail, Excel

Responsibilities

• Perform daily and monthly reconciliations, ensure accuracy and timely reporting of discrepancies
• Manage and oversee accounts payable function
• Manage cash and bank related matters
• Support month-end close processes
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports including but not limited to BAS, IAS filings and client money reports
• Participate in ad hoc projects and other tasks as required
