Summary

Join a dynamic team as a leader in accounting and finance operations, responsible for scaling and streamlining processes across entities. The ideal candidate will have experience leading an accounting/finance department, knowledge of German HGB and taxation regulations, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and G-Suite.

Requirements

• Experience leading an accounting/finance department
• Good knowledge of German HGB and taxation regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and G-Suite
• Experience working with Datev Suite, expense management software and other ERP software

Responsibilities

• Leading and growing the accounting team in Germany
• Scaling and streamlining accounting/finance operations in all entities (Germany, Poland, Sweden and USA)
• Working with external tax advisors, payroll providers, banks and public offices (Germany and subsidiaries)
• Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Payroll preparation and processing
• Treasury management, incl. processing payments (in Germany)
• Working with various teams across the business (HR, Legal, Operations)
