Requirements

• Extensive experience (5+ years) in accounting with a solid understanding of GAAP/IFRS standards
• Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and advanced Excel capabilities
• Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated experience working independently or in consultancy roles
• Ability to manage multiple clients effectively with strong organizational skills
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with clients

Responsibilities

• Conduct full-cycle accounting including managing financial transactions, reconciliations, and ledger maintenance
• Prepare accurate financial reports and assist in budgeting and forecasting activities
• Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations and prepare necessary tax returns for clients
• Provide insightful financial analysis and recommendations to improve overall financial health
• Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures tailored to client needs
• Collaborate with clients to assess their needs and develop solutions to meet financial goals
• Advise clients on best practices in financial management and accounting processes

Preferred Qualifications

CPA, CA, or equivalent certification is desirable
