Summary
Join Cytora as a US Demand Generation Manager and lead digital campaigns, coordinate external agencies, and create high-quality customer events while reporting directly to the VP of Marketing.
Requirements
- Experience running multiple types of events, both small and large
- Demonstrative experience in running multiple different types of campaigns (digital campaigns are a must)
- Experience in B2B enterprise SaaS company (insurance industry background is a big plus)
- Out of the box thinking, experience of creating and executing innovative and creative campaigns
- Team player with a strong, proactive attitude, willing to wear multiple hats
- Passion for marketing, wanting to grow in multiple areas of marketing and build responsibilities with the scaling of the company
Responsibilities
- Planning and executing a range of events, including conferences, partner, sponsored and community events
- Experimenting regularly with tests throughout new and existing channels to build a better picture of what is working
- Developing a deep understanding of customers, products, and the buyerβs journey including customer persona management and buying preferences
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans aligned with the goals and objectives of key accounts
- Identify and prioritize key personas and individuals within accounts based on strategic importance and revenue potential
- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to engage target accounts across various touch points including email, social media, events, and digital advertising
- Work closely with sales, product, customer success and marketing teams to ensure alignment and integration of account-based marketing initiatives with broader organizational goals and strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within international accounts, serving as a trusted advisor and strategic partner
- Promoting and nurturing Cytoraβs Making Risk Flow Community, the industryβs first community of risk digitization professionals in the insurance sector
- Working closely with our Partnership and PR team to coordinate, publish and distribute partner announcements, regularly updating our data ecosystem page
