Summary

Moodle is seeking an enthusiastic, creative, and driven Account-Based Marketing Manager to join their Global Marketing team. The role involves developing and executing account-based marketing strategies, collaborating with various teams, creating tailored content, tracking campaign performance, and building relationships with key stakeholders. This is a fully flexible and remote role preferably based in the Eastern Time Zone.

Requirements

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in account-based marketing or similar field
  • Proven experience building and managing multi-channel ABM campaigns
  • Strong understanding of pipeline management and metrics
  • Demonstrated experience with multi-touch attribution reporting
  • CRM/marketing automation experience, preferably Salesforce and Hubspot
  • Experience using data and analytics to guide strategic decisions
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve results working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams
  • Proven ability to think strategically, but with exception attention to detail in execution
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels

Responsibilities

  • Developing and executing the account-based marketing strategy
  • Collaborating with internal teams and external agencies to create and deliver highly tailored content
  • Implementing campaigns across multiple channels such as email, events, and content
  • Tracking the performance of ABM campaigns using metrics such as account engagement, pipeline influence, and revenue growth
  • Continuously optimizing strategies and tactics based on campaign results and feedback
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders within target accounts

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with Moodle and understanding of the e-learning market is a plus!
