Accounting Administrator

Summary

Join Eurofins EAG Laboratories as a remote Accounting Administrator and become part of the Finance Shared Services team. This role involves creating invoices, providing invoicing support, coordinating purchase orders, assisting with collections, and handling ad-hoc assignments. The ideal candidate will possess 1-3 years of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. Requirements

• 1 – 3 years of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable experience
• Self-starter, proactive, organized, and ability to work independently
• Passion for continuous learning, growth, improvement, and development
• Highly analytical and inquisitive orientation to research business issues and identify solutions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with a natural desire to create and strengthen relationships, collaborate on teams, and provide excellent customer service
• A curiosity and strong desire to leverage technology; strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• Plan, organize and prioritize to complete multiple tasks or projects
• U.S. Citizen
• U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e. “Green Card Holder”)

Responsibilities

• Create invoices for multiple sites
• Provide invoicing support to team members both in and outside of the Shared Services team
• Coordinate purchase order activity with multiple sites
• Assist with collections as needed
• Ad hoc individual assignments and team projects
