Join SmithRx, a rapidly growing Health-Tech company, as a Senior Product Manager for Eligibility and Administration. Lead the strategy and execution for SmithRxโ€™s Eligibility System and Admin tools, ensuring seamless membership enrollment, benefit management, and claims processing. Collaborate with engineering, design, operations, and customer success teams to drive efficiencies and optimize membership management. Leverage data-driven insights and continuous process improvements to deliver a frictionless experience for members and partners. You will develop and track key performance metrics, provide actionable insights, and serve as the subject matter expert on eligibility-related analytics. This role requires strong analytical skills, cross-functional collaboration, and excellent communication.

Requirements

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
  • 5+ years of product management experience, preferably with a focus on systems and tools in healthcare, eligibility, or administration domains
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like SQL, Python, or other data analysis platforms to drive decision-making
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional collaboration across engineering, operations, and design to deliver high-impact solutions
  • Experience managing complex systems integrations
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business impact for diverse audiences
  • Proven ability to prioritize and deliver in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment

Responsibilities

  • Define and maintain scalable account structures, groups, sub-groups, and accumulators to support claims processing
  • Build a reliable foundation of account structures that supports consistent claims and benefit calculations
  • Manage and optimize plan configurations, membership details, and account structures to ensure real-time accuracy and seamless benefits access
  • Lead efforts to streamline and, where possible, automate eligibility updates to ensure timely and accurate membership status changes across the system
  • Drive cross-functional solutions for eligibility adjustments and group/account status updates, ensuring real-time accuracy and system consistency to maintain seamless benefits access
  • Continuously refine workflows and policies to ensure accurate, scalable, and efficient plan management processes
  • Develop and track key performance metrics to measure the success of eligibility and admin processes
  • Provide actionable insights to improve tools and workflows, ensuring alignment with company OKRs
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on eligibility-related analytics to support data-informed decision-making
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align on priorities and ensure successful delivery of projects
  • Clearly communicate progress, challenges, and solutions to stakeholders across the organization

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of healthcare or pharmacy benefit management (PBM) systems is a plus
