Join Pip Decks as our Finance and Accounts Administrator! Working closely with our CFO, you will manage financial operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy. Responsibilities include purchase order management, invoice processing, royalty tracking, and various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate possesses 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, exceptional attention to detail, and experience with e-commerce. AAT certification or Xero experience is desirable. Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Experience with ecommerce / retail business models
  • A highly organised and process-driven approach to work
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with cloud software
  • Comfortable with remote working

Responsibilities

  • Manage purchase orders for both stock and non-stock items
  • Track and report on marketplace warehouse transfers
  • Maintain cost price of stock in web store reporting
  • Match invoices to purchase orders and validate stock deliveries
  • Confirm invoices against purchase orders before payment
  • Raise sales invoices
  • Manage royalty tracking, reporting, and invoicing
  • Administer staff/HR tasks including onboarding and offboarding, handling leave requests, etc
  • Prepare weekly payment runs for CEO approval
  • Manage supplier contracts and provide related reports
  • Perform bank reconciliations
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports
  • Undertake additional bookkeeping duties as required

Preferred Qualifications

  • AAT certification or working towards it
  • Experience with Xero
