We are looking for candidates with proven experience as a Financial Analyst or Bookkeeper with a US-Based Client and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Financial Analyst or Bookkeeper with a US-Based Client
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Experience with Xero or other bookkeeping-related platforms
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, SQL)

Responsibilities

• Record daily financial transactions, including accounts payable, receivable, bank deposits, and payroll processing
• Assist in developing and managing budgets, as well as forecasting future financial performance
• Reconcile bank statements, verify invoices, and maintain a clean general ledger to ensure accurate financial data
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support specific business initiatives and strategic decisions
• Prepare regular financial reports, such as income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, to provide valuable insights
• Maintain a well-organized bookkeeping system, ensuring all records are properly filed and accessible
• Assist with tax preparation or work alongside our tax professional to ensure compliance with relevant tax regulations
• Work effectively with other departments to streamline financial processes

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with companies such as Bench, Accenture, PwC, Pilot, The Collective, or similar organizations
