Summary

The Accounting Assistant at Opal Group supports the organization's accounting functions remotely for a monthly salary of 1300-1500. Requirements

• Knowledge and experience with the practical application of financial record-keeping procedures, laws, regulations, and standards
• Ability to foster a cooperative work environment
• Excellent accounting and record-keeping abilities
• Superior oral and written communications skills in ENGLISH

Responsibilities

• Provide Administrative Assistance to CFO
• Coordinate distribution of invoices and classified transactions for clients
• Troubleshoot potential issues and develop appropriate solutions
• Update customer information
• Prepare and assist in the reporting process for employee bonus
• Update sales information into the accounting database
• Investigate and resolve billing problems for customers
• Assist in tracking internal operating expenses
• File and disburse all invoices
• Provide strong customer service to all client relationships
• Assist in managing collection lists
• Reconciling credit card statements
• Reporting and other administrative duties
