Requirements

• Associate’s Degree in math, finance, accounting, or other technical area
• Microsoft Office Suite competency
• Refined verbal and written skills
• Strong organizational skills

• Ability to self-manage and motivate
• Capacity to successfully adhere to instructions on repetitive and/or new assignments
• Effectively prioritize the revolving needs of the company with regular recurring daily tasks

Responsibilities

• File, scan, organize paperwork across physical and digital systems
• Record and process accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Comply with financial terms across customer and vendor contracts
• Internal and external audit support
• Support submission of local, city, state, business taxes
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations
• Sort department mail and email: invoices, payments, tax statements, etc
• Communicate accurately and effectively with employees, customers, and vendors

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Experience using QuickBooks, or other accounting software
• Experience with IT support (troubleshooting Windows, small networks, software, etc.)
• Experience with Google Suite
• Experience with Dropbox
• 10-key skills
• Customer Service Experience
