Requirements

• Leadership & Team Management: Proven experience managing teams of 20+ individual contributors in a dynamic environment
• Financial Management: Solid understanding of financial principles, including P&L management, with a track record of achieving financial goals
• Lean Six Sigma: Certification or demonstrated experience applying Lean Six Sigma methodologies to optimize operations
• Data Analytics & Performance Management: Strong ability in using data to drive decision-making and performance improvement
• Customer Service: Experience managing diverse customer accounts, with a focus on delivering high-quality, accurate, and timely services

Responsibilities

• Leadership & Team Management: Oversee a team of 20+ accounting professionals, fostering a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous development
• Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement: Employ Lean Six Sigma principles to streamline processes, eliminate waste, and enhance operational efficiency
• Data-Driven Performance Management: Utilize advanced data analytics to monitor team performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement performance management strategies
• Financial Acumen & P&L Ownership: Demonstrate a thorough understanding of financial management principles, taking ownership of the team's P&L
• Customer Service Excellence: Maintain strong relationships with a diverse clientele, ensuring their needs are met with the highest standard of service
