Requirements

  • Lean Six Sigma: Certification or demonstrated experience applying Lean Six Sigma methodologies to optimize operations
  • Data Analytics & Performance Management: Strong ability in using data to drive decision-making and performance improvement
  • Customer Service: Experience managing diverse customer accounts, with a focus on delivering high-quality, accurate, and timely services

Responsibilities

  • Leadership & Team Management: Oversee a team of 20+ accounting professionals, fostering a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous development
  • Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement: Employ Lean Six Sigma principles to streamline processes, eliminate waste, and enhance operational efficiency. Initiate and lead projects focused on process improvement, leveraging data to inform decision-making and drive change
  • Data-Driven Performance Management: Utilize advanced data analytics to monitor team performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement performance management strategies to ensure high quality, accuracy, and timeliness in service delivery
  • Financial Acumen & P&L Ownership: Demonstrate a thorough understanding of financial management principles, taking ownership of the team's P&L. Develop and execute strategies to optimize resources, reduce costs, and improve gross margins
  • Customer Service Excellence: Maintain strong relationships with a diverse clientele, ensuring their needs are met with the highest standard of service. Utilize feedback and performance data to continuously enhance service delivery

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with dashboard and performance management tools
  • Background in shared services, manufacturing, or BPO settings
  • Demonstrated success in mentoring and career development
