Accounting Manager, Operations Accounting

Summary

Join CoreWeave's Accounting Operations team as an Operations Accounting Manager and play a critical role in supporting the company's finance function. Manage asset-backed debt accounting, monthly activities, and other accounting processes. Support the management and administration of data center financing transactions, maintain accurate data, and produce recurring and ad hoc reporting. Maintain ownership of SOX key controls, support audits, and drive process improvements. Collaborate with internal and external cross-functional partners. Requirements

• 5+ years of related experience with a large public multinational company or Big 4 Accounting experience
• Strong understanding of US GAAP and SOX compliance
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Strong technical accounting knowledge and experience with complex debt and equity transactions
• Knowledge of treasury operations and financial instruments
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Manage asset-backed debt accounting, monthly activities, and other accounting processes
• Support the ongoing management and administration of our data center financing transactions by abstracting and maintaining accurate data and producing recurring and ad hoc reporting
• Maintain ownership of SOX key controls, support audits, and drive process improvements to streamline processes
• Work with internal and external cross-functional partners across the organization

Preferred Qualifications

• Big 4 public accounting experience is a plus
• Debt accounting and covenant reporting experience is plus
• Technical accounting experience is desirable
